About Me

Hi there! My name is Anuska and I am originally from Surrey, BC and have been in Victoria for the greater half of 5 years. I was born in Nepal and immigrated to Canada when I was 5 years old. Although I have not been back home much I am fluent in speaking and hearing in Nepalese. I have always felt a big disconnect with my culture as a first gen immigrate and have been trying to connect in the ways that I can.

I am currently finishing up my BSc in Combined Physics and Astronomy and will be graduating in the fall, I have had the privilege to learn so many fascinating things and afterwards hope to find a job and begin my masters in data engineering. I loved learning about stellar astrophysics, spectroscopy and the cosmos but the math was definitely overwhelming haha.

I work at the Urgent Primary Care and the VGH as an MOA and have had lots of experience working with patients as well as nurses and doctors. I love working in healthcare and hope to use what I have learned to better my workflow and overall experiences.

I spend my time most days drawing, scrapbooking, playing on my switch or other various videogames and working on some personal projects.
